Tim Halley has enjoyed spending time in Costa Rica since 2006. In 2020 he and his family made their home on the South Caribbean Coast near Puerto Viejo. As of November 2021, EAT! Costa Rica is officially open. Tim now offers his food mastery to the surrounding community.
