“We contacted Tim based on a recommendation of a friend to cater our outdoor wedding. We knew nothing about having an event like this catered. Tim responded quickly and before we knew it we had him at our house for an initial consult. We asked a lot of questions which Tim was very patient with and had all the answers to and he assured us many times that we could customize our menu the way we envisioned it for our special day. ………..passion for perfection, his knowledge in the food industry and his willingness to sit with us many times to ensure our wedding day was exactly how we imagined. Leading up to the day, Tim reviewed our menu and logistics with us and took the time to bring us a sample of table linens etc to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. He provided us with his own staff and bartenders for the day who were simply amazing. He was punctual and everything was on schedule for the day and he even adjusted to our tardiness after photos. The food was beautifully set up and there was an abundance of food. We could have never of imagined to have so many compliments of how delicious the food was. From the amazing charcuterie display and canapays to stuffed chicken, tender striploin, freshly grilled vegetables to an assortment of crowd pleasing desserts and finally the late night poutine and homemade grilled cheese. Our family loved him so much that they booked him for family Christmas dinner. We highly recommend Tim and his team for your catering needs.
